The Norton Road Veterinary Hospital is a modern full-service facility dedicated to the care of dogs, cats, pocket pets, and exotics. Our goal is to provide you and your pet with the best service possible. We offer medical and surgical care, preventive medicine, vaccinations, flea and parasite control, heartworm prevention, geriatric care, radiology, diagnostics, and complete pharmacy service.
Our in-house laboratory is equipped to do blood tests, urinalysis, and parasite exams, ECG's, and blood pressure checks, as well as heartworm and feline leukemia/FIV screening. Surgical services include routine soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, as well as early spay and neuter surgery. All surgeries are performed using gas anesthesia with pulse and respiratory monitoring. Complete dental care, treatment, and x-rays are available, with our excellent technical staff having advanced training and certification in dentistry.
Understanding the importance of behavioral issues to pet owners, we offer puppy pre-school classes, clicker training classes for older pets, as well as behavior counseling and medical treatment for problem pets. We recognize the special bond between you and your pet, and we will do our best to preserve that tie for a lifetime.
We are located in southwest Columbus, easily accessible from West Broad Street or the I-270 / Georgesville Road exit.
